Information collected and why
Contact forms collect your name, company, work email, phone number and enquiry, plus employee count and support preferences if supplied. The audit also collects your answers, challenges, qualitative responses and calculated score so GHRS can provide the result and discuss relevant support. Please do not provide identifiable employee records or sensitive case details.
Lawful basis
Enquiry and audit information is used for the legitimate interests of responding to business requests and providing relevant follow-up. Where you request steps towards a contract with you personally, processing may be necessary for those pre-contractual steps. No general marketing subscription is included.
Service providers and transfers

How long information is kept
12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for contractual, legal or regulatory reasons.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact GHRS using the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not add analytics, advertising cookies or persistent browser storage. Audit answers remain in the current page’s memory until submission; refreshing or closing the page clears them. The hosting provider may process technical logs. Any additional provider behaviour must be reviewed before launch.
Audit scoring
The score is calculated from your answers to help identify areas for review. It is not a legal compliance certification and is not used to make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
